TURB
4 patients with different multiple papillary and solid tumors offer the trainee the opportunity to practice performing a complete TURB procedure in a safe environment: remove bladder tumors in various locations ranging from easily accessible to difficult to reach locations, control bleeding and manage complications, and avoid perforating the thin bladder wall.
Learning objectives:
- Gain experience in identifying the anatomical landmarks
- Acquire depth perception and hand-eye coordination
- Remove bladder tumors in various locations, ranging from easily accessible to difficult to reach locations
- Control bleeding and irrigation/ flow during the procedure
- Manage complications
