EMERGENCY BRONCHOSCOPY MODULE
Identifying and solving emergency and ICU situations requiring bronchoscopic intervention such as foreign object aspiration, hemoptysis or mucus plugs. The user can utilize tools such as grasping forceps, balloon, electrocautery probes and more.
The patient’s condition is to be controlled and maintained throughout the procedure. Reactive complications, such as pneumothorax, bleeding, hypoxemia, hypotension, arrhythmia, cardiac arrest and more can occur. As in real life cases, the user is required to avoid complications or attend to any that occur during the simulation.
