This module provides practice for crossing total occlusions using dissection re-entry technique in a variety of Common Femoral Artery and Superficial Femoral Artery anatomies.

The simulated procedural steps include forming a loop with the wire (knuckle wire), subintimal dissection using a wire and catheter, and using a reentry device to access the true lumen distal to the occlusion. Cases vary in complexity and may require special maneuvers to advance the re-entry device.

The module enables selection between an ipsilateral and contralatleral (crossover) access approach.
