Access to ready-to-use simulation courses provides the course director with the option to design training according to educational objectives. Advanced reports allow following participants’ progress.

Ready-to-Use Training Courses
Based on an educational oriented approach developed by market leaders with years of experience in using medical simulation, MentorLearn provides a library of ready-to-use training courses and the platform to design new courses.

Hands-On Training Course Generation
Each training program may include: training objectives; didactics, such as attaching your own procedural movies and lectures; hands on content with the ability to set benchmarks for proficiency based training; and advanced simulator reports.

Assign Courses to User-Groups
The course library facilitates automating and standardizing your existing educational design, by providing ready-to-use content which may be assigned to learners and groups. Learners see their assigned curricula under “My Curricula” when entering the system, and may have access to online didactic content, prior to begining hands-on training in the simulation center.

Users and Group Administration

• Create groups and users: Automatically create users, import users from a template file, add users manually or allow self registration into pre-organized groups.
• Export performance: Export simulation performance reports into files to be analyzed in external statistical programs.
• Advanced capabilities: Multiple administrators, users in multiple groups/courses and groups hierarchy to allow organization.

Advanced Debriefing Reports

Advanced simulator reports, learning curves, ability to set benchmarks and automatic analysis of individual / group performance. System usage reports allow educators to follow and control the training process and learner attendance remotely at all times.

Proficiency Based Training

Determine your own benchmarks for proficiency level, allowing learners to follow a curriculum until desired proficiency level is achieved.
