EVAR

This user friendly sophisticated module allows the physician to easily generate the 3D model, and to measure the vessel dimensions using true to life measurement calipers. The calipers may be used either on the vessel section (perpendicular view) or the MPR (vessel straightening view), for the purpose of generating a measurement form and exporting it to the simulation phase. After exporting the 3D anatomy into the ANGIO Mentor, the user is able to train and practice on the patient’s specific anatomy.

The EVAR simulation allows practicing endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair using a stent graft system including aortography, precise deployment of the bifurcated and contralateral leg stent graft components, deployment of iliac and aortic extensions and touch-up ballooning.
